Forum #5: Youthworks Mission Trip The ministry and outreach efforts of the youth and adults who traveled to Lynn, MA earlier this summer to participate in a week-long, life-changing mission trip. While working with the Youthworks coordinators, participants were involved with service missions to the homeless and with nursing home residents. In each case they attempted to establish positive relationships and become friends with those whom they served. The Forum told stories about their travels, the people they met - both serious and humorous things as well. In the end, even the Youth and their Adult Leaders developed a special relationship with each other which they believe will last a very long time. |

As a new offering for the Forums, we are adding the option of viewing the accompanying PowerPoint presentation OnLine. The best option for viewing is to advance the slides manually (small arrows below the screen) and follow along with the audio. Clicking on a "Page Title" to the left is another way to synchronize with the audio. A 2nd option is to click at the bottom of the window on "Slide Show" and then advance the slides by "left clicking" as appropriate. (To end the "Slide Show" at any time during play, close the window by clicking on the Red X at the top right.) The Forum Audio will continue to play. |
